Responsible  for project management and external communication. Completed commercial academy with ICT focus. Passion for IT & Global Health. In addition, Andrea is a volunteer paramedic at the Red Cross and already has several years of professional experience in hospitality and managerial assistance. During her long-distance travels, she was able to get to know the world & life from new perspectives. The combination of global thinking, technology & social issues reflects several interests in the project. Theory and practice can also be ideally combined in the project due to the current experience in medical project management.

Literature manager & internal communication 

born in 1996

Innsbruck  
 

Responsible for the organization of literature research & evaluation. In addition, Annika is responsible for internal communication with the lecturers of the Management Center Innsbruck and she is the primar contact person for project support. Graduated social worker with an economic background. The personal focus is on social work and the associated organizational processes. With her professional skills and her background as a social worker, Annika makes a very big difference. She pays attention most to inclusion, self-determination and participation of people with disabilities in social life. Annika's professional experience in the social sector and her social streak allow the whole team to benefit.

Responsible for the record keeping and internal organization. Magdalena is very interested in future utopian changes which will revolutionize our lives. One of her heart topics has always been the development of people and society. In her previous profession as a cook, she had the opportunity to work with people from different backgrounds. This opened eyes and created an awareness of privilege. Magdalena believes that life is not always fair, with equal opportunities for everyone, but changeable. She enriches the team with her goal-oriented orientation and brings out the strengths of each person.

Deputy Contact Person & Secretary

born in 2000

Maurach am Achensee

Responsible for a wide range of areas. Among other things, Nicole takes on the role of internal organizations and deputizing for her teammates.  In the project jointly responsible for the structuring and implementation of expert interviews and implementation of the focus group. Diploma in kindergarten education, as well as relevant professional experience. The entire project team benefits from the pedagogical expertise of the happy soul. During a year abroad in Spain she was able to enjoy and experience life in new ways. Nicole's humorous serenity and balanced nature make even turbulent times a pleasure.
